Each 500ml bottle contains 100 doses of 500mg Liposomal CoQ10. There are 50,000 mg of Liposomal CoQ10 per 500 ml bottle. This is a VERY powerful liposomal CoQ10 and is not flavored. To make it palatable, add 1 teaspoonful (5 ml) to 6 to 8ounces of your favorite juice, smoothie or milk shake for a delicious treat supplying 500mg of hydrosoluble Co-Q-10. LiQsorb® can also be used undiluted as a concentrated source of solubilized CoQ10.
